Are the clouds real?
Answer: Aaannnddd this is why we call this page the Dumb Questions Corner. The amount of people we’ve had ask this question is absurd, like do you really believe that clouds are solid? Did you even go to grade school? Let me explain this to you…..No.
Are there any height or age restrictions for the attractions?
Answer: Yes, certain attractions have height and age restrictions for safety reasons. Cirrus Calm is only suitable for anyone above 18. Fluff World is perfect for children of all ages, but make sure you have good life insurance. Dress your babies in bright colors, so no one mistakes them for fluff balls. Flying Coaster requires riders to be at least 52 inches tall. Stilts can be provided for anyone under 52 inches but they will not be able to wear a seatbelt. Fly at your own risk.
What dining options are available at Stratoville?
Answer: Stratoville offers a variety of dining options, including the Cloud Café, which serves light snacks and beverages. This is a vegetarian café, although children can be grilled upon request. The Sky Diner, offering a range of meals from burgers to pizza. We do not serve vegetables. If you want your rabbit food go to our lame competitor, the Cloud Café.
Are there memberships available for Stratoville?
Answer: Yes, Stratoville offers several membership options for our frequent visitors! Our memberships include the basic plan which gets you unlimited free entrance passes. Our next level is the Nimbus plan, which gets you unlimited free entrance, free parking and discounted food (1%). Our final and best plan is the Cloud Clearing, which includes free entrance, free parking, discounted food AND you can get anyone you want kicked out without further question. Does Stratoville have a gift shop?
Answer: Yes, Stratoville has a lovely gift shop with items similar to what’s in the merch page. Upon entering, Mr. Fluff will judge you by your cover and give you a price you are required to spend at the gift shop. If you do not pay this before exiting, Mr. Fluff will take your money by force. However, if you enter with Stratoville merch already on, Mr. Fluff may show mercy depending on his mood.
Are there any group deals for admission to Stratoville?
Answer: Yes, Stratoville does offer special group deals, although we don’t like groups of screaming children. For parties of 15 or more adults our group packages include discounted admission rates, reserved seating for shows, meal vouchers, and personalized pessimistic tour guides. For groups that include children, the admission rate will not be discounted. Any lost children will not be found. Please contact us directly to schedule a group trip, but only if no children are involved. If we hear a screaming child in the background we will hang up, no questions.
